For all bounce house rentals, Juju Jumpers provides delivery, setup, and teardown.

8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of your event

We provide free delivery within Colorado Springs and Fountain.

Deliveries outside these areas may require a delivery fee. This may include zip codes:

Holiday rentals include an additional $30 holiday service fee.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, clear, and accessible before our team arrives.

Please ensure:

• The setup area is free of debris, furniture, and obstacles
• Any gates or entry points are wide enough for equipment access
• Pathways are clear if we need to enter through a backyard

If stairs are required to reach the setup location, please inform us during booking.

Certain units, including Blue Blast and Green Krush, cannot be delivered to locations that require stairs for access.

Typical pickup window:
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

If you need an earlier pickup time, please notify our team at the time of delivery so arrangements can be made.

The rental area must remain accessible at the scheduled pickup time.

If you need to cancel your rental, we kindly ask that cancellations be made by 5 PM the day before delivery.

If cancellation occurs after this time, refunds may not be guaranteed.

Payments made using Afterpay are non refundable.

Weather conditions can impact the safety of inflatable rentals.

For safety reasons, Juju Jumpers reserves the right to cancel a booking if:

• Winds are excessively high
• Heavy rain or storms are present
• Conditions are unsafe for equipment operation

If unsafe weather conditions occur, our team will contact you to discuss rescheduling or available options.

If at any time the inflatable begins to move, shift, or lift:

• The blower must be turned off immediately
• All participants must exit the unit
• The inflatable must remain deflated until conditions are safe

Customers agree not to operate the equipment during unsafe wind conditions.

Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.

Customers agree to follow all usage rules, including but not limited to:

• No shoes on the inflatable
• No food or drinks inside the unit
• No sharp objects
• No silly string or substances that may damage equipment

Juju Jumpers reserves the right to refuse setup if the location or conditions are deemed unsafe.

Inflatable equipment may be secured using stakes driven into the ground.

Customer is responsible for identifying and marking:

• Sprinkler systems
• Water lines
• Gas lines
• Electrical lines
• Invisible fencing
• Any underground installations

Failure to properly mark these systems means the customer assumes all risk of damage.

Juju Jumpers is not responsible for damage to unmarked underground utilities.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the customer agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Juju Jumpers, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, injuries, damages, or liabilities arising from the use or misuse of the equipment.
