Reservations are required to secure your bounce house rental. Availability is limited and bookings are confirmed on a first come first served basis.

A deposit is not required to book your rental.

Payment will be arranged after your booking is confirmed.

If you choose to pay using Afterpay, please note that Afterpay payments are final and non refundable.

For all bounce house rentals, Juju Jumpers provides delivery, setup, and teardown.

Typical delivery and setup window:
8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the day of your event

We provide free delivery within Colorado Springs and Fountain.

Deliveries outside these areas may require a delivery fee. This may include zip codes:

Holiday rentals include an additional $30 holiday service fee.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the setup area is clean, clear, and accessible before our team arrives.

Please ensure:

• The setup area is free of debris, furniture, and obstacles
• Any gates or entry points are wide enough for equipment access
• Pathways are clear if we need to enter through a backyard

If stairs are required to reach the setup location, please inform us during booking.

Certain units, including Blue Blast and Green Krush, cannot be delivered to locations that require stairs for access.

Typical pickup window:
7:00 PM to 9:00 PM

If you need an earlier pickup time, please notify our team at the time of delivery so arrangements can be made.

The rental area must remain accessible at the scheduled pickup time.

If you need to cancel your rental, we kindly ask that cancellations be made by 5 PM the day before delivery.

If cancellation occurs after this time, refunds may not be guaranteed.

Payments made using Afterpay are non refundable.

Weather conditions can impact the safety of inflatable rentals.

For safety reasons, Juju Jumpers reserves the right to cancel a booking if:

• Winds are excessively high
• Heavy rain or storms are present
• Conditions are unsafe for equipment operation

If unsafe weather conditions occur, our team will contact you to discuss rescheduling or available options.

Adult supervision is required at all times while the inflatable is in use.

Customers agree to follow all safety instructions provided during setup.

Juju Jumpers reserves the right to refuse setup if the location or conditions are deemed unsafe.

Customers assume responsibility for the equipment during the rental period. Any misuse, negligence, or damage to equipment may result in additional charges.
